101 Goals

I am going to attempt this idea of creating 101 goals to complete in the next 1001 days. Mostly the idea appeals to me just because I like to make lists, but I am kind of curious to see how the process actually goes since I am much better at starting things than at finishing them. So far I have 35 goals on my list, so I won't officially start the countdown until I can think of 101! Here are some of the websites that I've used to help me get going...

The original idea came from a blog called Get Rich Slowly
http://www.getrichslowly.org/blog/2007/03/24/101-things-in-1001-days/

This was the source for that blogger's idea. It has links to lots of 101 in 1001 lists and also the javascript for the countdown clock.

This website just looked fun, and I liked the way she listed her 101 in 1001 goals along the side.

I will attempt to blog a little about my progress on various goals, and I will post my list (in an abbreviated form, since some of them may be more personal than others!)

That's all for now. Have to go work on that list!

wow - I'm really impressed. I read thru your list, and it motivates me and exhausts me all at once! It's a great motivator to sit down and think thru the things I want to do, and have it before me to actually try to accomplish those goals! Maybe it's something I need to do! Thanks for sharing! We'll see if I can get to some of my goals (maybe not 101, but I could aim for 50 or 60!) Great to see you for lunch awhile back!
