Nathan Update
Haven't posted in a while, so I thought I'd put up a few photos of Nathan's most recent fun times!
Monday was a milestone event--his first ever Slurpee, a treat from dad on a boy's-only shopping trip that included stops at Home Depot AND Lowe's in search of parts to repair the sprinkler system. Doesn't get much more manly than that! He marched into the house very proud of his sticky red treat, and slurped it with great enjoyment.

Last week he enjoyed a special evening with four of his favorite friends--the Butlers with Gideon came over for dinner, and the Braun boys stayed for a while while their parents were out. A wild fun time was had by all!
A few weeks ago, Nathan got his first experience with watercolor paint. He was more interested in the water than the paint, but he definitely enjoyed all the colors and soaked several sheets of paper with his art. Than also enjoys watercoloring, so it was a fun family activity.
Another fun time happened yesterday, when Nathan and I went with Great-Grandpa and Grandma Topping to ride the trolley refurbished by Grandpa's railroad club. Nathan enjoyed the outing, checking out all the train stuff and riding on the real trolly and the miniature kid's version. A visit to Wendy's completed a fun morning.
