We Made It

We made it to St. Louis! Record time--left Denver at 12:15 right after church, pulled in the driveway at 1:15 a.m. and slipped in the door and into our waiting beds. Nathan was a great traveler, enjoying lots of different snacks, new puzzles from Grandma Chance, and the glow in the dark ball we got from the dollar store. Dad and Than split the driving, and we were accompanied by Psalty the Singing Songbook and Barbara Kingsolver's Poisonwood Bible.

Nathan suprised us by taking a very long nap, and then not falling asleep at night until we arrived here early early!!! He was quiet and calm, though, so I guess he will survive! He was very happy to wake up here and see Bonzo and "Happy" (Pappy) and get to do his favorite duck puzzle, which he had been waiting for since I packed it on Friday afternoon. This morning we got settled and helped with some minor yard work outside, so here are photos to prove we are all alive and well! More later, depending on how busy we get with all the fun things here...
