From My Window

Today was nursery day! Than, Nathan, Sadie (the tennis ball "dog" on a string) and I walked down to Home Depot this morning to get Tart Apple paint for the nursery. (No, it didn't taste as good as it sounds!) When we got home, Nathan helped us get started on repainting the dresser/changing table. We finished that and also did some trim and other highlights while he took his nap. We had enough time to rearrange the room before my students arrived tonight for their recital. It was fun to show off our hard work, and we are quite pleased with the fun accent colors. It makes the baby's impending arrival seem even more real, and we are all getting increasingly excited to meet her. We rearrange again when the crib to arrives and we move the rocking chair in from Nathan's room. Then I think we will be about ready (or at least as ready as we'll ever be for this huge life change)!
