How I wish I took this advice more often! I can be such a know-it-all, acting like I've got it all under control when really I'm not sure of many things. It is lots harder to learn without asking questions--I have learn from my own mistakes, which means making them first. Would that I asked more and told less, listened more and talked less. I underestimate the power of an honest question.
