Web Travels 5
Today's web travel is Etsy: Your Place to Buy and Sell All Things Handmade
This website is full of a huge variety of handmade items available for sale. It was a great place for us to choose our Mother's Day gifts, and I enjoy just looking around from time to time to see what's out there. I usually peruse earrings, necklaces, children's toys, and random objects that catch my attention from the various showcases that are advertised. There are lots of different ways to stumble on interesting items--you can search by color, keyword, lists other users have made, location. I added an Etsy widget to the side of my blog page so the fun things I mark will cycle for you to see. You can click on the text that says "naht" to see all the things I've picked. Enjoy the creativity!

My sister has an Etsy page. Not sure what it is or if she's still putting stuff up now that she's got a full-time job, but she's made me several nice jewelry sets.
