Thought I'd share a few random photos with you. These are from my camera, not Than's, so they lack the professional eye but the kids are pretty cute anyway!!
Big brother is getting better and better at his job. He has cajoled Katya out of several grouchy spells over the past few days--such a big help!
Katya is more interactive everyday, and especially enjoys watching her big brother's antics. She is also learning that her hands can amuse her by batting toys dangling down nearby.
With a silly guy like this around, it's easy to see why Katya is amused! This is Nathan enjoying his favorite pastime, playing with water, and helping me clean the beater from a red velvet cake recipe at the same time. Hello, Rudolph!

Nathan the clown, sporting Daddy's shoes and a winter hat from Grams even though it is 75 degrees outside. He brings such delight as he increases in creativity, imagination, and endless questions.

I do enjoy these precious kiddos, even after a day with its fair share of Katya crying with Nathan asking "Why?" 300 times while I'm trying to do something in the kitchen besides entertain my children. Thanks, Lord, for helping me keep perspective.
