From My Window

Both my kids are sporting new hairdos today (thanks, Grandma!!).

Nathan got a much-needed haircut, with playdough from Gran B to keep him sort of still while Grandma trimmed away. It still sticks up, since it has a mind of its own, but it is much less shaggy!

Katya is having fun sporting her first bow, making her little thread of hair stick straight up. She'll be incredibly embarassed at the age of 16 to think she looked like this, but for now it is very cute.

Cuter still is the fact that maybe, just maybe, both of my fashionable children may actually be sleeping at the moment. Nathan has been a bit rough in the sleeping department these last few days of vacation, so I'm hoping for a turnaround. We'll see!

Pizza and Reed's Dairy tonight--doesn't get much better than that.
