Family Fun Night
Last Friday was Family Fun Night at church. It is one of the big events that Than is in charge of, and kids from small to big have lots of fun playing games, eating, riding the train, and dressing up. The theme was Veggie Tales this year, so Katya was Madame Blueberry and I was Junior Asparagus (per Nathan's directions!!) Nathan had a Bob the Tomato costume from a friend, but he decided to wear his Thomas the Tank Engine instead. Veggies Tales are fun, but there is no beating out trains!! 
We got to ride the train twice, with Grandpa Train as the conductor. Cousin Rayce was there too, with Bryan and Kaye. Nathan also enjoyed eating popcorn, watching the Veggies on the screensaver, and playing the "Find Bob the Tomato (Ping Pong Ball)" game. He wasn't too interested in the candy, which is fine with me. Enjoy our photos. (The silly one is of Nathan using the leftover face paint to give Daddy a new look. Such a patient daddy!)
